Who we are
Veltron Laser LLC, with offices at 5264 NW 186th St, Miami Gardens, FL 33055, provides non-abrasive surface cleaning services using laser and dry ice (CO₂) technology. In these terms, "we" means Veltron Laser LLC and "you" means the client contracting the service. -
Quotes and acceptance
Every quote is issued after an assessment and a test patch, and is valid for 30 calendar days from its date. The quote states the parts covered, the technology to be used, the area to be treated and the estimated hours on site. Work begins once you return the quote signed or confirm it in writing. -
Test patch before production
No job goes into production before a test on a sacrificial area of your own part. If the result of that test is not acceptable to you, the job stops there at no charge beyond the assessment visit, if one was agreed. -
What we need from you
You provide safe access to the part, a standard industrial power supply, and a work area that can be cordoned off while the beam is live. You are responsible for telling us about coatings, prior treatments or materials that could react during the process — particularly lead-based paint, isocyanates or unidentified residues. -
Scope of the result
We commit to removing the coating described in the quote without measurable loss of substrate. We do not commit to results on layers, materials or areas that were not disclosed, nor to correcting damage the part carried before our intervention. -
Parameters and records
Every intervention is handed over with the parameters used: power, frequency, passes, area treated and hours on site. That record belongs to you and lets a later intervention reproduce the same result. -
Prices, payment and delays
Prices are quoted in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Payment terms are stated on the quote. Time lost because access, power or the work area were not ready on the agreed date is billed as standby time at the hourly rate on the quote. -
Cancellation
You may cancel a scheduled job up to 48 hours before the agreed start at no cost. Inside 48 hours we bill the mobilisation actually incurred. Either party may terminate an ongoing job in writing; work performed up to that point is invoiced. -
Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount invoiced for the job that gave rise to it. We are not liable for indirect losses, production stoppages or loss of profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law. -
Confidentiality
Drawings, specifications, photographs and any information about your parts are treated as confidential. We do not publish or share them — including in our own portfolio — without your prior written consent. -
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute is submitted to the competent courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
